The hottest and most qualified candidates just happen to be father and son. Father-son duo Mike Shanahan and Kyle Shanahan are two of the most talked about coaches who generate the most interest.

Kyle Shanahan is the offensive coordinator of the Atlanta Falcons, who are the highest scoring team in the NFL this season, Kyle’s offense has been caught notice within the NFL owners circles.

Also getting plenty of attention is Super Bowl champion coach Mike Shanahan, who has been around the block having worked at Denver, Oakland, San Francisco and Washington. He knows how to quickly turn a team around and win championships.
